Korvo Google OAuth Review

Google access supports business workspace operations.

This page explains the Google OAuth consent flow, the app features that use each Google scope, and the reviewer path for testing Gmail, Forms, and selected Sheets inside Korvo. Permissions are requested separately for each feature.

How to test the OAuth consent flow

1Sign in with the provided Korvo reviewer account. The designated review workspace opens directly.
2Choose Connect sending only, Connect inbox and replies, or Connect Forms. Each feature requests its own permissions; expand the Google consent details before continuing.
3For inbox review, sync only the labelled review messages, open an incoming message to read its content, and send a reviewed test reply only to an approved recipient.
4Open Selected Google Sheets, connect selected-file access, and choose a synthetic Sheet in Google Picker. Preview a small range, review the import, then reopen it to check the saved selection.
5For Forms review, connect Forms separately and read the questions and submitted responses of a sample Form. This does not use Drive file discovery.
6Review each connected account and the available disconnect controls. Customer activation remains gated while verification is pending.

Scope usage

What each Google permission does

openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile

Identifies the authorized Google user and shows the connected account inside the business workspace.

gmail.readonly

Syncs mailbox threads into Korvo Inbox so business owners can view customer email history in the correct workspace.

gmail.send

Sends owner-approved branded replies, confirmations, invoices, and follow-up emails from the connected business mailbox.

forms.body.readonly, forms.responses.readonly

Reads connected Google Forms and responses so Korvo can route intake, feedback, and survey submissions into workspace records.

drive.file

Uses Google Picker to authorize a specific Sheet, then previews only the selected range before an explicitly reviewed import. This flow does not request account-wide Drive discovery or access to all Sheets.

Gmail

Korvo syncs connected business mailbox threads and sends authorized replies from the owner-approved workspace.

Forms

Korvo reads selected Forms and responses to create intake, survey, and lead records without mixing business workspaces.

Selected Google Sheets

Google Picker grants access to the chosen Sheet. Owners preview a bounded range and review the import before saving contacts to their business.

Data controls

Users can disconnect Google integrations from Korvo settings or request export, correction, or deletion review. Approved deletion requests revoke or remove applicable tokens and delete or de-identify applicable synced Google user data unless retention is legally or operationally required.

Review credentials

Authorized reviewer credentials are provided directly to Google Trust and Safety during verification. Public visitors cannot access private workspace data from this page.
